Fylde telecom asked us to create a mobile phone repair communication website. The app is intended to replace a number of systems that had previously been to used together to make the process easy and less time consuming for fylde staff.

Fylde telecom asked us to update their existing repair website with new features, design and experience. The existing website was quite out of date and didn’t feature a great experience for the customer.
Starting with the existing data.
We had quite a lot of analytical data from the existing website to start with.
So we knew what was working and where the likely issues were happening resulting in large numbers of calls into the call centre. What we needed to do was identify these issues and find changes to resolve them.
